When we had our planning meeting in June we scheduled a September 2-5 kayaking/canoeing trip. Mr. Fogle and I have been collecting information about possible kayaking/canoeing trips. We need to make some decisions about this trip and your input is critical. A date change to a later weekend may also be made because of one known scheduling conflict with an Outfitting company. In addition, we are experiencing an increase in interest in Venture and will briefly address some organizational issues after trip planning.
When: August 4, 2011
Where: 27 Madison Lane, West Simsbury
Bring your calendars. RSVP me to let me know if you will be at this meeting. If you cannot make this meeting but are still interested in this trip, please contact Mr. Fogle or myself to let us know. We will need an approximate head-count of the number of people who want to go on this trip.
When: June 12, 2011
Where: Reichler Home
27 Madison Lane
When: 4:30 – 5:30pm
Agenda: July Hiking Trip & Proposed Trip Schedule
Bring your Calendars!
Please join us to help plan a summer trip to the White Mountains of New Hampshire and give your input on trips for the coming year (September 2011 – August 2012).
Hello Crew Members:
Thank you for your input at our most recent Venture Crew#176 Meeting. Attached is the permission slip for our annual hiking trip in the White Mountains of New Hampshire on July 8th – 10th. We will have a brief planning meeting at my house on Wednesday, June 29th from 7:00pm – 7:30pm to coordinate meals and gear. For those who need a reminder, I live at 27 Madison Lane, West Simsbury. If you can’t make the meeting but plan on going on this trip please give your permission slip to someone who can give it to us at the meeting, drop it off at my house (please call before doing this) or mail it to me. It’s essential that permission slips be turned in to George or myself by Wednesday evening so we can have an accurate head count for meal planning and make sure newer participants have the proper gear for an enjoyable and safe trip. Hope you can make it!
